The CP Group, an international organization, which is the biggest animal food producer in the world, with an annual production of 23.2 million tons, conducted research in Turkey in the agricultural industry and established its first animal food factory in Turkey, at Inegol in 1986 under the title of “CP Standard Gıda San. Ve Tic. A.Ş“believing that it would contribute to our country in animal food technology using its dynamic economy.
The CP Standard Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S plays an important role in both animal food and poultry using its international technology and quality and it continues to contribute to the Country's economy. The CP Group is an international organization with great investments in broiler chick, poultry and cattle food , poultry and processed meat products in many parts of the world and has been growing in Turkey steadily in the last 24 years with an investment of over 100 million dollars.
CP has been presenting the best service to producers, with its poultry and cattle l food products produced in six factories that are in compliance with international standards and with the cooperation of expert technical teams of veterinarians and agriculture engineers for many years.
The CP group has been continuing its ongoing leadership in the animal food sector for many years reaching an annual food production of 800,000 tons.
Moreover, the CP Group has been displaying the same success in a poultry integration project which was started in 1991. Today, it owns animal breeding farms, hatcheries and slaughter houses with 280,000 chicken slaughtered everyday and distributes these products in cold chains to consumers all around the country.
CP, which owns the first poultry integration company in Turkey, with its Grandparents animal breeding facilities producing parent animal breeding has a standing of the first three leading companies in the sector, producing 125,000 tons of poultry meat annually.
CP has added new successes to its other success stories receiving "The Best Brand" award in 2009 and 2010, "The Consumer Quality Award" in 2010 and finally "The European Union Quality" award in 2010.
The CP Group, which has achieved many important accomplishments and high productivity using its expert and consistent employees to carry out effective marketing strategies in the agriculture industry, has focused on the contribution to Turkish agricultural industries and Turkish people as its fundamental principal. Besides, the CP Group started investing in a processed chicken meat plant in 2009 and went on to launch the plant in June 2010. The plant with the production capacity of 1400 tons of processed chick meat cost $19 million.
Products such as chicken nuggets, schnitzel, cordon blue, various types of patties and chick deli products such as sausage, salami are produced in this facility with the latest technology in compliance with European standards and are distributed to both local and international markets.
Today, the CP Group is the most powerful organization in the chicken and animal food sector in Turkey and invests its Turkish revenue back into Turkey creating new employment opportunities.
